DDRW ADS: an advertising-production website
For DDRW ADS, we made an advertising-production landing page that turns a signage and wayfinding task into a concrete enquiry: audit, artwork, manufacturing and installation. Visitors choose a work format and provide contact details, a site description and photos.
The task
Help customers choose signage work and provide site details, a task and photos to discuss an order.
What we built
An offer organized by work stages
We divided the service into site audit, design, manufacturing and installation. The website explains the differences and connections so customers can start with an appearance review or discuss the full scope.
A complete inventory of site elements
We included facade signs, door plaques, opening hours, direction signs, counters and interior wayfinding. This expands the brief from a single sign to everything a visitor sees at the site.
Five delivery steps
We showed the journey from receiving photos, address and dimensions to audit, artwork approval, production and installation. Customers see the initial information required and the decisions to approve in advance.
Three enquiry formats
We separated a quick review, a single-location update and work for a chain. For multiple sites, the public page describes a common standard, templates and a replacement plan by address; the form helps clarify the scope.
Context for different locations
We highlighted retail, service premises and food businesses. Examples refer to specific areas: the shopfront, entrance, offices, checkout and direction signs. Visitors can relate the offer to their own site.
Answers before an enquiry
We added questions about retaining brand style, work scope, many small plaques and multiple addresses. They connect format selection to the elements and restrictions worth describing in a request.
An enquiry with source materials
We provided fields for a name, contact details, site type and task description; the interface offers up to five photo attachments. Calls to action lead to one form, whose task description prompts for the number of locations, required changes and urgency.

User journey
- 01
Choose an area: audit, design, manufacturing or installation.
- 02
Prepare a site description and photographs.
- 03
Complete the form and send details to the team to discuss an order.
The result
The DDRW ADS landing page is published with a signage and wayfinding workflow, three enquiry formats and a form with site photographs. At ads.ddrw.ru, you can compare a quick review, work for one location and a chain, and explore stages and brief requirements. The case study shows website development and preparation of a substantive enquiry; manufacturing, installation and requirements for a specific sign are agreed separately.
