Package scope • One existing website, one existing form with up to eight fields and one destination: Telegram or one existing CRM. • For CRM, creation of one enquiry record type through an available documented API or ready connector. • Transfer of agreed fields and enquiry-source information already available on the website, plus an agreed error-handling scenario. What you receive • A working form-to-destination connection. • A field map and a controlled sample enquiry. • Short access, configuration and transmission-error instructions. What we need to begin • Access to the form and backend, or a suitable integration point. • An existing CRM with the required fields or an agreed Telegram chat; technical compatibility is agreed before work starts. Timing Usually 3–5 business days after scope confirmation and receipt of working access. Completion criteria An agreed sample enquiry reaches the selected destination with the correct fields, and the available way to detect a transmission error is documented. Not included • Multiple destinations, a new CRM rollout, sales pipelines, telephony and two-way synchronization. • File uploads, payments, complex lead assignment and historical data migration. • CRM licenses, paid connectors, hosting and continuous monitoring. Quantity and payment One unit covers one agreed package for one website or project. Multiple units do not automatically expand the scope of one package. This is a one-time service with a fixed scope, paid in advance. Before work starts, we agree on the website or project, scope, technical compatibility, required material and start date. Third-party licenses, subscriptions and additional work are charged separately only if agreed; they are not purchased automatically.
