2. Desktop — up to 5 users Up to five named users of the licensee may install TTF files on their work computers; multiple devices belonging to one user do not increase the user count. Commercial and non-commercial layouts, logos, visual identities, images, printed work, videos and static work for clients are permitted. Finished static work may be distributed without an additional print-run fee. PDF embedding for viewing and printing, or conversion of text to outlines, is permitted; an embedded font must not become an extractable editing tool for its recipient. Website use or application embedding requires the corresponding separate license. Deliver finished work to a client, not the font files; a client who needs to work with the files independently must obtain their own license. 1. Scope and proof of license A purchase grants the licensee named in the order a non-exclusive right to use DDRW Display 1.400 and DDRW Text 01 0.170 font files within the selected license type. Copyright in the fonts remains with the DDRW rights holder. Ownership of the fonts and exclusive rights are not transferred. Proof of license is the paid order recording the selected license name, version and terms. The license is perpetual while these terms are observed. Payment is one-time, with no subscription. This purchase does not promise future versions, updates or additional services. The archive contains both families, all 13 styles, and TTF/WOFF2 formats. Receiving a file format does not extend the license type purchased. License types may be purchased separately. You may keep one backup of the delivery archive and working backups in the licensee's private infrastructure. 5. Licensee and restrictions The licensee may be an individual or organization identified by the buyer in the order details. An agency purchasing for a client must identify the client as licensee; the agency may work with the files only within that client's license and receives no general license for other clients. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or transfer font files to third parties except as expressly permitted above; include them in templates, asset packs, builders or libraries that give others independent access to the files; remove copyright information; or sell modified versions of the fonts. Technical conversion for compatibility within the purchased license is permitted if it does not expand the users or uses covered and the resulting file is not distributed separately. Contact DDRW before using the fonts beyond these limits. 6. Delivery and buyer rights After payment is confirmed, the package version recorded in the order is delivered. If the archive is damaged, cannot be downloaded or differs from its description, contact DDRW through ddrw.ru and provide the order number: we will verify the purchase and provide a working agreed package or arrange an applicable remedy. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or refund grounds under applicable law. When a payment refund is confirmed, further use under that purchase must cease, except for rights that applicable law requires to survive. Static work already lawfully created and distributed does not need to be recalled. If a material license breach is identified, DDRW will notify the licensee and offer an opportunity to stop the breach or arrange an appropriate license. No provision removes rights or liability limits required by applicable law. The Russian and English versions describe the same rights; contact DDRW before expanding use if any term is unclear.
