Catalog-based answers

We connect agreed attributes and update rules. Prices and stock, when required, must come from a current source rather than the model’s guesses.

Document search

We organize answers from permitted materials, citing sources when the scenario requires it. Insufficient information should lead to clarification or specialist handover.

An assistant inside an account area

We design suggestions, search and drafting in the user’s context. The application checks document and action permissions; the model receives no arbitrary data access.

Visualizing a choice

We separately design generative material previews on photographs or drawings. Results require human review and do not confirm exact color, dimensions or technical compatibility.

    We review errors and variable costs against agreed examples. We record pilot limitations and estimate expansion after this check.

An AI-assistant pilot in one channel: one ready knowledge base, answers based on materials, an employee link and testing against an agreed question set. We use an existing model; complex actions and integrations are estimated separately.

Estimated separately

Model and server fees, material digitization, training a proprietary model, extra channels and CRM integrations. A generative visualizer is estimated as a separate project.

The estimate includes project management, specialist work, testing and handover within the agreed scope.

The starting price applies to the scope described. The final price depends on your task: after our discussion, we agree on the scope, estimate and schedule. The timeline depends on materials, access and stage approvals.

Cost depends on source readiness and updates, scenario count, access rules, visualization and external integrations. Estimates need input examples and acceptable-result criteria. Model, storage and server fees are calculated separately by provider and actual use; we do not promise a fixed per-answer cost without these data.

What to prepare for an estimate

  • One task and real query examples: useful answers, unacceptable answers and when an employee is needed
  • Catalog or documents, their owner and update procedure; no secrets or personal data for the first estimate
  • Working channel: website, account area or another interface; user roles and permitted sources

Questions before we start

How much does an AI pilot cost, and what is included?

Guidelines are from ₽250,000 and 8–16 weeks. This covers one channel, one ready knowledge base, answers from supplied materials, a link to an employee and testing against agreed questions using an existing model. Complex actions, CRM, extra channels, a visualizer and source-material preparation are estimated separately; model and infrastructure fees are separate.

How can quality be checked if the model can make mistakes?

Before integration, we build a test set: ordinary questions, incomplete data, contradictions, off-topic requests and attempts to obtain restricted information. We define expected behavior and acceptance criteria for each type. Testing reduces pilot uncertainty but does not prove every future answer will be error-free.

Which project shows AI’s place within your products?

The Meetki case and attached presentation show the structure of meetings, notes and agreements, and the AI assistant’s place in that process. This illustrates product design, not a published AI-accuracy measurement: closed features were not tested as part of the case description.

What happens if the knowledge base lacks an answer or contains outdated information?

We define permitted sources, an update owner and rules against speculation in advance. If information is insufficient, the assistant should clarify the request or hand it to a specialist. Prices, stock and other changing data come from an agreed current source.

Where are documents and user data sent?

The data path depends on the provider and architecture. Before connecting, we define what is transferred, storage, access and whether external processing is permitted. The application enforces permissions; private documents, personal information and secrets require separate agreement.

Can AI independently change orders or account data?

These actions are not automatically included in the basic pilot. Each needs explicit application authorization, parameter and user-permission checks and, where necessary, human confirmation and an audit log. A model response is not itself permission to change data.

How accurate is AI material visualization?

Visualization supports discussion of appearance, but color depends on lighting, the screen and generation; images do not establish dimensions or technical properties. Final choices require real samples and specialist checks. A visualizer is estimated as a separate project.
