Web3 and decentralized systems
We develop prototypes for distributed exchange and digital-identifier verification when a task genuinely needs nodes, signatures or independent data checks. Before choosing technology, we describe who the system trusts and what happens after a failure or lost key. RRID and GeoOverlay illustrate different approaches: token verification and exchange between nodes.

Who it is for and the tasks we solve
For teams testing a specific architectural hypothesis: digital-object authenticity, node interaction or exchange without a single routing point. We begin by limiting one scenario rather than promising to replace all infrastructure with blockchain.
Digital-token verification
We define what is signed, who issues the token and how verification works. The RRID case separates local signature verification from usage rules.
Exchange between nodes
We test peer discovery, connection establishment and data transfer under defined network conditions. GeoOverlay is presented as the public alpha of a distributed project.
Trust-model prototype
We map roles, keys, permissions and threats, describing untrusted nodes, repeated messages and participant failures before choosing a protocol.
Deciding on further implementation
After limited testing, we record identified constraints and separate work for operations, auditing and support. A prototype is not a finished production platform.
What we do and what you receive
- Description of one scenario, its participants and trust boundaries
- Choice of an existing protocol and explanation of its fit for the agreed task
- Technical prototype with a minimal exchange or identifier-verification interface
- List of tested network and error states and prototype limitations
- Recommendations for the next stage; production operation and independent auditing are estimated separately
How we work
- 01
Task and trust model
We define data, participants, key owners and consequences of incorrect results, and compare a distributed solution with a simpler alternative.
- 02
Test scenario
We record inputs, permitted network conditions, expected results and errors. We agree exactly what the prototype must demonstrate.
- 03
Prototype implementation
We connect the chosen existing protocol and a minimal interface, testing the core mechanism without expanding into unagreed features.
- 04
Limitations review
We document failure behavior and reproduction conditions. Security, operations and further development are assessed separately.

Included in the starting scope
A technical prototype for one exchange or identifier-verification scenario using an existing protocol: minimal interface and agreed scenario tests. This is an idea-validation pilot; production preparation is estimated separately.
Estimated separately
A complete blockchain platform, financial smart contracts, independent security auditing, legal expertise, network fees and node operations.
The estimate includes project management, specialist work, testing and handover within the agreed scope.
The starting price applies to the scope described. The final price depends on your task: after our discussion, we agree on the scope, estimate and schedule. The timeline depends on materials, access and stage approvals.
Estimates depend on the protocol, trust model, key management, network conditions and required evidence. We first limit one scenario and define test criteria. Independent security auditing, financial smart contracts, legal assessment, network fees and node operations are excluded from the basic prototype.
What to prepare for an estimate
- The problem the current centralized system cannot solve, and why a distributed approach is needed
- Participants, data, key owners and trusted parties
- One exchange or identifier-verification example and its expected outcome
- Network conditions, acceptable failures and future operating requirements

Task and solutionView projectQuestions before we start
When is distributed architecture justified?
When the task needs properties that a simpler acceptable approach cannot provide: independent verification, peer exchange or a particular trust model. This needs justification in a specific scenario; “Web3” alone is not a technical requirement.
How much does a prototype cost, and how long does it take?
Guidelines are from ₽600,000 and 12–24 weeks. Scope covers one exchange or identifier-verification scenario using an existing protocol, a minimal interface and agreed tests. A complete blockchain platform and production preparation are estimated separately.
Which projects can we explore?
RRID illustrates digital-token signature verification and separate usage rules. GeoOverlay describes distributed exchange and a public alpha. Websites, images and presentations help explain the architecture; they do not replace an independent audit or testing your own task.
What does a valid digital signature establish?
Signature verification concerns specific signed data and a key within the chosen scheme. By itself, it establishes neither sender honesty, legal rights, investment value nor the absence of vulnerabilities throughout the system. Trust and usage rules are defined separately.
How is the prototype accepted?
We define data, participants, network conditions and expected outcomes in advance. We test agreed success and failure cases, such as a modified message, unavailable node or repeat. The report distinguishes reproduced properties from hypotheses and future work.
How are lost or compromised keys handled?
Explicit ownership, storage, revocation and recovery rules are needed. Recovery depends on the chosen architecture; promising “access can always be restored” without such a model is unacceptable. We examine these situations before implementation.
Does the service guarantee security or returns?
No. Basic scope is a technical test of a specific scenario. Independent auditing, legal review and operations are agreed separately. A distributed protocol or cryptographic signature is not a promise of financial returns.
