ANTA: a service website with enquiry processing
For ANTA, we developed a printing and exhibition-services website: a multi-level catalog, service-area pages and an enquiry with a task description and attachment. We connected the public storefront to the team’s enquiry-processing workflow.
The task
Present the company’s different areas in one catalog and create a clear journey from a specific service to an enquiry. Prepare pages for indexing and give the team an enquiry-processing tool.
What we built
Two main catalog entry points
We highlighted printing and exhibition stands on the homepage. These involve different ordering tasks: printing needs a format and print run, while a stand needs floor area and a venue plan. Visitors get a suitable entry point before discussing an estimate.
Navigation through service areas and services
We organized a multi-level catalog: portable displays, exhibition construction, equipment, flags, printing, promotional merchandise and signage. Specific services sit within these areas, including Roll Up, catalog printing and stand installation.
Content that helps prepare a request
We connected the offer description to future order parameters. The homepage explains agreeing on the scope, artwork and acceptance; articles help explain color proofing and handover. Stand production is presented as a sequence of stages.
A form with project context
The enquiry form includes contact details, a project description and an attachment. The public interface accepts JPG, PNG or PDF files up to 10 MB: customers can attach artwork, a plan or a specification instead of explaining it separately in messages.
Enquiry processing
The implemented system includes an internal enquiry workspace and email notifications. Contact details and the task description reach the team for clarification and estimating. This scope is recorded in project documentation; we treat the form and workspace as parts of one enquiry journey.
Technical search foundations
Pages include server-rendered HTML, individual metadata, canonical URLs, a sitemap and structured data. Service areas have their own pages describing specific services, while search engines can access their text and URLs.

User journey
- 01
Choose an area: printing, exhibition stands or another catalog service.
- 02
Open a detail page and read the work description.
- 03
Leave contact details and task information through the enquiry form.
- 04
Send the enquiry to the team to clarify parameters, timing and an order estimate.
The result
ANTA’s website is published with distinct service areas, a multi-level catalog and a form accepting contact details, a task description and a file. At anta.ddrw.ru, you can explore the navigation, order preparation, articles and enquiry interface. Development also includes internal enquiry processing, notifications and technical search foundations. The public review on October 16, 2026 confirms availability of the described storefront and form; it did not measure delivery of a test enquiry, the private CRM, search rankings or commercial impact.
