UI/UX design

We design interfaces around user tasks: finding a service, choosing a product, submitting an inquiry or acting within an account. We first connect screens into a prototype, then create designs, mobile states and development components. Examples include ANTA’s catalog and form, Get Beauty’s storefront and the meeting workflow in Meetki materials.

Who it is for and the tasks we solve

For teams needing a new product interface or improvement to a particular difficult journey. First define the audience, priority scenario and development constraints; styling disconnected screens does not solve the task.

From service to inquiry

We connect navigation, work descriptions and forms. ANTA shows a multilevel catalog and an inquiry carrying project context.

Product selection

We develop visual presentation, search and the purchase route. Get Beauty demonstrates a brand storefront linking to Wildberries, without claiming embedded payment.

Platform workflow

We connect data and actions through a screen sequence. The Meetki case and presentation show meetings, agreements and checkpoints.

Components and states

We describe repeated elements, mobile layouts, loading, empty lists and errors. Design-system scope and variant counts are agreed separately.

What we do and what you receive

  • Map of one agreed user journey and its screens
  • Connected prototype with transitions and key actions
  • Designs in the agreed visual direction, with mobile adaptation
  • Components and necessary states: loading, no data, errors and completion
  • Editable materials and development notes; implementation review when included in the brief

How we work

  1. 01

    Journey analysis

We establish what users need to do and which data they require. We define the audience, constraints and key screens.

  2. 02

    Prototype

We connect screens and test action sequences before detailed design, agreeing names, navigation and form behavior.

  3. 03

    Visual system

We develop the chosen direction, mobile version and necessary states, and define reusable components.

  4. 04

    Handover

We check design completeness, transitions and notes. A designer’s involvement in reviewing browser implementation is agreed separately.

Included in the starting scope

Design for a small first version: one user journey, a prototype and up to 5 key screens with mobile adaptation, based on an agreed visual direction. Designs are handed over for development.

Estimated separately

Coding, branding from scratch, extensive research with participant recruitment, illustrations and 3D, paid fonts and stock assets.

The estimate includes project management, specialist work, testing and handover within the agreed scope.

The starting price applies to the scope described. The final price depends on your task: after our discussion, we agree on the scope, estimate and schedule. The timeline depends on materials, access and stage approvals.

Cost depends on journey and state counts, content readiness, mobile adaptation and component-system depth. We define screen scope and handover methods before starting. Recruited-participant research, new branding, coding, illustrations and 3D are estimated separately.

What to prepare for an estimate

  • Audience, main user task and the action that completes the journey
  • Existing interface or process map, content examples and known problems
  • Brand materials, preferences and development-stack constraints
  • Platforms, key screens and verified research findings, if available

Before the project begins

Questions before we start

How much does design cost, and what does the first version include?

Guidelines are from ₽150,000 and 4–8 weeks: one user journey, a prototype and up to 5 key screens with mobile adaptation, based on an agreed visual direction. These are designs for development; coding and branding from scratch are excluded.

Which projects demonstrate different interface types?

ANTA: a service catalog and inquiry form; Get Beauty: a product storefront and search; Meetki: a connected workflow shown in its case and presentation. Explore their structure and visual approach. These examples alone do not establish conversion growth without analytics.

How do we know the design is ready for handover?

The agreed prototype contains a complete journey from entry to result, and designs include required screens, mobile layouts and specified states. Developers receive components and behavior notes. Acceptance criteria are set before visual design starts.

Is user research necessary?

It depends on the task and available data. We can start by reviewing the current process, inquiries and known errors. Interviews and prototype testing with recruited participants require a separate plan; ordinary design approval is not presented as such research.

Can you improve just one awkward journey?

Yes. We define its boundaries, connected screens and existing interface rules. If it affects navigation or data in other sections, that is identified in the scope before reworking.

Who checks that the finished website matches the designs?

Design and development are separate stages. Browser implementation, form states and device adaptation checks must be explicitly included in the brief. Handing over designs does not establish the quality of an interface not yet implemented.

Which materials should we supply?

Real copy, fields and sample data, brand assets, role descriptions and mandatory constraints. Anonymized examples are suitable for an early prototype; credentials and personal data are not needed in a public inquiry.
