Package scope • One company topic or product area and one source-content language. • Up to twenty ready text documents totaling up to 15,000 words; the first limit reached defines the scope. • Up to fifty source-linked FAQ entries and up to thirty verification questions with the facts an answer should contain. What you receive • An organized Markdown/CSV content set and source map. • FAQ entries identifying contradictions, missing information and questions for a human team member. • A verification question set and short content-update guidance. What we need to begin • Ready readable material the client has the right to use, plus one subject specialist to verify facts. • Sources and transfer format are agreed in advance; documents are not automatically uploaded to third-party AI services. Timing Usually 5–7 business days after receipt of material and scope confirmation; waiting for client fact checks is outside this period. Completion criteria The agreed formats, FAQ and verification questions are delivered; every factual entry links to a source or explicitly identifies missing information. Not included • Building, hosting or connecting a chatbot, retrieval infrastructure, CRM and automated actions. • Scan OCR, translation, writing missing documentation and training a proprietary model. • Model, storage and hosting fees, ongoing maintenance and any guarantee that a future AI system will make no mistakes. Quantity and payment One unit covers one agreed package for one website or project. Multiple units do not automatically expand the scope of one package. This is a one-time service with a fixed scope, paid in advance. Before work starts, we agree on the website or project, scope, technical compatibility, required material and start date. Third-party licenses, subscriptions and additional work are charged separately only if agreed; they are not purchased automatically.
