ANTA combines printing, exhibition stands and advertising production. In the digital part of the project, we connected a multi-level catalog with individual service pages and enquiry processing. This example explores decisions worth discussing before launching a similar website.
A customer portal is useful when customers regularly return to their orders, documents or settings. If all work comes down to a single enquiry, starting with a simple form may be more sensible. Base the decision on real recurring operations, rather than a competitor’s feature list.
The cost of a corporate website depends on user journeys, content volume and connections to company systems. To compare contractor proposals, first agree on the outcome: which tasks the website solves, what launch includes and who supports it after acceptance.
