Meetki: a meeting and agreement platform
Meetki is a platform connecting a meeting to its outcome and next action. DDRW combined daily planning, a map, preparation, video meetings and agreement tracking in one product journey, presented at meetki.ru and in the case-study presentation.
The task
Bring the meeting process into one workspace: connect the daily plan, participants, preparation and materials with conversation outcomes, agreements and next steps.
What we built
A connected meeting cycle
We built the journey around “meeting → outcome → agreement → milestone → next meeting.” A calendar event continues after the conversation with a result, an owner and a deadline for the next action.
Daily plan and route
We combined schedule, timeline and map views of meetings. The product description includes routes and departure reminders: meeting time is considered alongside location and the day’s event sequence.
Preparation with retained context
We linked a meeting card to a contact, materials, notes and previous agreements. AI journeys include a pre-conversation briefing, drafting an outcome from notes and searching meetings and documents — all in the context of a specific meeting.
Agreements with a deadline and owner
We made milestones a continuation of the meeting. They have kanban, list and calendar views, reminders and overdue-task highlighting. An agreement remains a separate action users can return to.
Online meetings and conversation materials
We included video rooms in the overall meeting journey, with recordings, transcripts and summaries in its materials. The product presentation links a call to its meeting card: its content should continue the communication and agreement history.
Working with meetings on mobile
We provided a responsive interface for schedules, cards and agreements. The public page describes installation as an app on iPhone and Android, notifications and field actions — the journey continues beyond the desktop.
Presenting a complex product
We organized capabilities around the user’s action sequence rather than a standalone technology list. At meetki.ru, you can explore the product logic and journeys; the attached presentation supplements the case study.

User journey
- 01
Open the daily plan, choose a meeting and check its time, participants and route.
- 02
Prepare for the conversation: review materials, notes and previous agreements with the AI assistant.
- 03
Meet in person or in a video room, save the outcome and formulate agreements.
- 04
Add milestones and reminders, track next steps and prepare a new meeting.
The result
The result is Meetki, with a connected cycle of planning, meeting preparation, recording outcomes and tracking subsequent actions. The product structure connects schedules, a map, meeting cards, agreements, AI preparation and video rooms. The public meetki.ru page, checked on October 16, 2026, and attached presentation explain the product. That review did not assess private journeys, AI accuracy, call reliability, user counts or sales impact.
