Professional presentations

We prepare presentations for sales, partners and talks: building a narrative, editing supplied materials and designing slides, diagrams and data. Presentations in the MYRU, RRID and Meetki cases illustrate ways to explain complex products. We distinguish concepts from verified implementation: a feature on a slide does not prove it is deployed.

Who it is for and the tasks we solve

For companies and product teams that need to explain an offer to a specific audience: clients, partners or event listeners. We start with the decision the recipient should reach and the evidence supporting the claims.

Company or proposal presentation

We connect the client’s task, offer scope, verified examples and next step. Facts and limitations remain even when text is shortened.

Explaining a complex product

We separate the audience, scenario, architecture and development stage. MYRU and RRID presentations are available in their cases to explore different product narratives.

Concept and interface

We explain a future or evolving solution through screens and diagrams. Meetki materials illustrate a connected process; conceptual and verified-feature status is explicit.

Live presentation and independent reading

For speakers, we retain visual prompts; for sharing, sufficient explanations. We agree each version’s scope and purpose.

What we do and what you receive

  • Agreed purpose, audience, argument sequence and slide content
  • Edited headings and text preserving the meaning of source facts
  • Visual style, diagrams and charts from an agreed list
  • Editable source in the selected format and a final PDF
  • Checks of files, readability, fonts, images and links for the chosen viewing method

How we work

  1. 01

    Task and facts

We define the audience, viewing format and required decision. We review source materials and flag claims needing evidence.

  2. 02

    Structure

We build a sequence from the problem to the offer and next action. We distinguish current results, concepts and development plans.

  3. 03

    Design

We agree a visual direction and design slides and diagrams. Where supplied, figures include units, periods and sources.

  4. 04

    Checking and handover

We apply agreed revisions, test the source file and PDF in the chosen viewing format and deliver final versions.

Included in the starting scope

We agree audience, purpose, format and slide count. Scope includes narrative structure, editing supplied materials, visual styling, agreed diagrams and final-file preparation.

Estimated separately

Independent market research, financial modeling, legal review, translation, photography and complex animation or video production. These tasks and additional versions are estimated separately.

The estimate includes project management, specialist work, testing and handover within the agreed scope.

The starting price applies to the scope described. The final price depends on your task: after our discussion, we agree on the scope, estimate and schedule. The timeline depends on materials, access and stage approvals.

Price and timing depend on content readiness, slide count, diagram complexity and source format. Before starting, we define the audience, versions, approval stages and editing boundaries. Market research, financial modeling, translation, photography and complex animation require separate briefs.

What to prepare for an estimate

  • Audience, expected decision and whether a speaker will accompany the presentation
  • Source text, evidence, photographs and figures with sources and periods
  • What is implemented, what is conceptual and which claims need approval
  • Brand materials, desired scope, source format, deadline and person responsible for revisions

Before the project begins

Questions before we start

How much does a presentation cost, and how long does it take?

Pricing is on request, with an agreed timeline after defining the audience, format and slide count. We estimate structure, editing supplied materials, design and file preparation. Market research, financial modeling and video production are not automatically included.

Which examples can we view before ordering?

The MYRU, Bonusium, RRID, GeoOverlay, NVideoHub and Meetki project cards include presentations. Explore their narrative structure, diagrams and visual approach. Product status needs separate sources: having a presentation does not prove every illustrated feature has been implemented.

Will you help with text and arguments?

Yes, we structure and edit supplied materials within the agreed scope. Sales, user and performance data need sources; we do not invent unsupported metrics. Independent research needs a separate estimate.

How is a finished presentation accepted?

We check the purpose, slide content and sequence, supplied facts, diagram readability and file functionality. We check fonts, images, links and exports. Final revisions and versions must match the brief.

What format will the source files use?

Before starting, we choose an editing format, such as PowerPoint or Google Slides, and handover terms. Deliverables include the agreed source file and PDF. Special fonts, animation or transfers between editors require separate compatibility checks.

Can one file serve both a live presentation and independent reading?

Not always: a speaker can explain a short statement, while an independent reader needs more context. We define the main usage format and include a second version in the agreed scope if needed.

Can you update an existing presentation?

Yes. First we distinguish structural problems from design issues and outdated facts. We can rework the whole story or agreed slides. The client confirms content accuracy and rights to supplied images.
